Customers & clients who advertise with us will be listed in the free Branson guide for 12 months (365 days), at which time the listing will be removed if not re-newed within 3 business days after end date, certain exceptions apply.  All sales are final once payment is made. All listings & memberships, whether free or featured or otherwise will be added at the discretion of Branson-Information.com administrators. Branson-Information.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any listing for membership on Branson-Information.com at any time.

If Branson-Information.com website is experiencing routine maintenance for any reason, advertisers do not receive a discount or refund from their listing purchase.  If Branson-Information.com becomes inoperable for a time period longer than 30 consecutive days advertisers are entitled to a refund of half their purchase price but not after 180 days. For refund to apply listing advertisers must respond in writing no later than 10 days after 30 consecutive day inoperable period.
