Branson Missouri has many great medical facilities and many top Midwest physicians. Branson's hospital is known as Skaggs Community Health Center. It is a 165-bed, not-for-profit, community-owned, full-service hospital and health center located on North Business Highway 65. The campus includes Skaggs Hospital, Skaggs Outpatient Center, a helicopter landing pad for air ambulance service and two medical office plazas. Skaggs also manages a variety of family medicine and specialty satellite clinics throughout Stone and Taney counties. |

Branson Heart Center moved into a new state-of-the-art 7,000 ft. office building close to Skaggs in 2003. Branson heart center continues to grow rapidly as local patients, who used to be required to travel considerable distances for cardiology care, are able to access a full range of services in their own community. Branson heart center also services a large and growing number of tourists, who suddenly find themselves in need of care while on vacation. |
